Walleye Strips, which he says was "one of the first recipes I ever prepared by myself. It is a favorite of both my brother and myself."
I would try this recipe but we don't get a lot of Walleye here in NJ and there is nothing like fresh Minnesota Walleye which Piet says is essential.
I will certainly try Piet's Garlic Chive Mashed Potatoes and his Milk Chocolate Pudding they both sound great.
That is amazing! I bet he is going to be a chef extraordinare when he gets older.

Peter If you can not use walleye you can use cod for the number 2 fish. Thank you for posting my blog I will add where I get all of the meat I will link the web site
