which he says was "one of the first recipes I ever prepared by myself. It is a favorite of both my brother and myself."
I would try this recipe but we don't get a lot of Walleye here in NJ and there is nothing like fresh Minnesota Walleye which Piet says is essential.
I will certainly try Piet's Garlic Chive Mashed Potatoes and his Milk Chocolate Pudding they both sound great.

Peter If you can not use walleye you can use cod for the number 2 fish. Thank you for posting my blog I will add where I get all of the meat I will link the web site
