Drank this wonderful Sauvignon Blanc with a dinner of grilled swordfish and a corn, radish, avocado salad last night.
It is a tremendous value at under $10 with no compromise in quality.
"Named for the indigenous tribes that populated the Chile and Argentina centuries ago. The wine is classic new world Sauvignon Blanc showing notes of white peach, grapefruit, chopped jalapeños and minerals." Amanti Vino
It has wonderful smooth peach apricot flavors with just the right amount of crisp citrus. It is complex, full bodied and good from the first whiff.
I think it should be served reasonably cold, on a hot summer night.
My friends at Cool Vines in Westfield also carry this wine they say "A vibrant, fresh Sauvignon, this wine is sure to please anyone looking for a great value on a hot day! The cool breezes blown in from the Pacific aid in slow ripening of the fruit, which adds terrific depth of flavor to the finished wine." CoolVines
