Second stop on our Utah Trip was Springdale, Utah home of Zion National Park. Stayed at a great place called the Majestic View Lodge.
Had a decent dinner at their restaurant, Majestic View Steak House and Saloon and enjoyed some Utah Micro-Brews.
Two Micro-Brewers I liked are Squatters tried their Provo Girl Pilsner
and Pale Ale; the other Wastach Brew Pub produces several great brews including Polygamy Porter and Evolution Amb er Ale. In Sprindale we had a great time in Zion National Park, an extraordinary act of nature.
Eat at Bumbleberry's for breakfast, in Springdale, for a fast trip back to the 50's, and great pancakes.
For lunch, Cafe Sol at the entrance of Zion. great sandwiches, salads etc. is great.
Dinner at Bit & Spur was a gourmet feast in an amazing setting. A very creative menu, great Margarita's and a decent selection of wines and beers were offered.
The nearby Virgin Trading Post is a lot of fun. Great for kids and fun loving adults.
Breakfast at Cafe Oscar was the best of the trip. Great Breakfast Burritos and other Southwestern delights.
Next trip we plan to stay at the Dessert Pearl Inn. Clearly the coolest Inn near Zion.
