Second stop on our Utah Trip was Springdale, Utah home of Zion National Park. Stayed at a great place called the Majestic View Lodge.
Had a decent dinner at their restaurant, Majestic View Steak House and Saloon and enjoyed some Utah Micro-Brews.

Bacchus Wine Bar Park City
This is the coolest bar in Park City. See the bartender, Josie, a very sharp lady from New Zealand.
Quite a few great wines by the glass during the summer. Over 100 in ski season. Spectacular cheese plates, delicious olives and other Mediteranean delights.
The space is furnished with teak sofas and patterned-silk barstools from Bali. Buddhas and dark lights make the place very mystical.

Utah has very strict liquor laws so there are not a lot of wine opportunities, but we manage.
